Launched in September 1998, this version of the VSS operated on an extremely low performance Pentium II, 120MHz with only 16MB Memory running Windows 95.

These machines were utilised in ACTTAB’s 60 outlets for almost a decade until March 2008. They have since been replaced with a modest Celeron 1.73GHz, 1GB Memory running Windows XP Pro.

It is interesting to note that in this environment, the VideoSubSystem software is co-existing with another in-house developed application within the same machine.
